@Angilian-Never had English brown sauce, but I'm guessing it`s very similar to American steak sauce from the ingredients you listed.

No...although now you mention it that would make sense. For no reason that I`m aware of, gravy isn`t considered to be a sauce.
Brown sauce is a slightly spicy, slightly fruity sauce. I`ve no idea what`s in it, so I`ll look it up...
...well what do you know, it`s mostly tomatoes too. Doesn`t taste like tomatoes. From the manufacturer`s website for HP brown sauce (the de facto standard brown sauce):

So is 'brown sauce` gravy? I do like Malt viniger on my fries too thats good! Whipped pickled chicken fetus though on fries can`t do it just make me fell like my heart is going to stop!

And yes, I'm over 10 and I sometimes eat tomato sauce. Usually when I have chips. Salt, vinegar, tomato sauce. Not healthy, but tasty.
