The games supposedly has the best Wifi network in the world. Quite what best means has not been explained. However, you're not allowed to set up a MiFi network. Why I`m not sure, but I suspect it`s to protect press photographers so they can get their pics out on the net to websites faster than you.

To expand on patchgrabber, what if a person activates their wi-fi tethering device OUTSIDE the Olympics are, but still within reach of the receiver. Is that violating their rules?
