In the Uk you see this happening too. people working for lower saleries get the job. But why is it their fault if companies are underpaying people? if you look at countries like germany or the netherlands, there, employers have to pay a minimum wage for a job, regardless of where a person comes from. This in turn prevents companies to underpay their employers, so you basicly can do with one job, rather then 2 or more to make ends meet.
