So you`re telling me if someone asked you to sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" on your own, you`d have to go fetch a pitch pipe first?

It's unnatural to not have it in a song and is usually only not used in Broadway or other special cases, but agreed it`s supposed to be subtle and faster than the beats you have in the song. What she`s doing though is sliding into notes (ugly imo). Her vowels are terrible, she sounds like a redneck singing, the trilling is stupid and unnecessary and she`s just trying to mimic a technique that she is too young and inexperienced to even try. There are my two cents.
