The BSA, as a private organization, has every right to enact any legal policy they wish.
We, as free-thinking individuals, are allowed to criticize and call into question policies we disagree with. You see, that's part of being in a free market system. The service a company provides is determined by the demand of the market. If the market shows that it doesn`t want to partake in a bigoted service, it is within the best interests of the company to change their policy.
