Yeah, idk, animals are animals. When people get hurt by big animals, do you think they were expecting it? No, they probably thought it was perfectly trustworthy. The fact is that you never know what's going through an animal`s head, and going `oh, well I didn`t expect *that* to happen` afterwards won`t change anything...and all for what, a cool photo-op? I`m happy just petting them on the nose thank you very much. At least then if it snaps I`ll only risk losing a finger at most. They do have skin like wet rubber though. It`s kind of cool.

Yup, the three people who were by orca Tilikum worked him too, they knew what they were doing. Yet apparently missed the point that they are large carnivores. Letting your child sit on an orca (who are nicknamed killer whales for a reason) is pretty much the same as putting your kid on the back of a tiger, it probably won`t eat you, but the chances that it will are way too high.
