Ugh... Under pressure it certainly can. CO2 tanks that are at room temperature and above about 10 ATM will be partially liquid. But onoffonoffon got it right... nitrogen and CO2 have nothing to do with the air dusters. But seriously people, the properties of matter are fairly easy to understand, just look up a phase diagram and stop spouting retarded things.
