Batman is held up more by fanboys and hype than anything else. Don`t get me wrong I like the movies but it is just hard to swallow. They present him like this legend and only this one man can save us all. That pretty much makes every other person in the city a complete moron, both mentally and physically inept. It just doesn`t work. There are a few characters who are just so over used that they have lost all the wonder they previously had. Wolverine, Spider man, Superman and Batman to name a few.
