It's funny how much you two rag on folks like 5Cats and Ollie, but you two are just the polar opposites.

So much, this. What`s worse is they represent so many people like themselves who spend more time arguing with each other about talking points and hating the other that no real progress is made and the rich leaders who claim one side or the other continue to violate what they supposedly stand for while raking in our money.

Unfortunately I think patchgrabber hit the nail on the head.

There are many people who really don't even know what`s best for them. They know hear-say and what random people have told them about an issue, sometimes less than that, then form an opinion based upon what is essentially nothing.

With the sort of access internet provides these days I find it disconcerting that people are so very unwilling to take a greater role in increasing their knowledge about laws and our system in general.

I may fall on the liberal side of the spectrum, but I`d rather have an educated, well versed, well meaning conservative voter who at least has some basis for their beliefs than a self-professed party democrat who has no idea and simply votes blindly based on random emotion or on what they`re told to.

I think the problem is that humans weren`t designed for government; our ancestors would only be in groups of up to ~150. I often wonder if that isn`t much of the prob

@Muert They do. A lot of them just push the blame to the other side though.

I had to read the comments before I realized this was a partisan cartoon. I thought all politicians did everything in it.

Wow! It's a straw man convention!
