German concatenates words together, so there are plenty combinations English doesn't have a word for, personally I have never heard of forestloneliness but its the same thing.

Also a backpfeife is simply a slap in the face so a BackpfeifenGesicht (two concatenated words) is a "slap in the face face"

Schadenfreude is basically a sadist. in a round about way so we do actually have a word for it.
