车打 (che-da) is the Chinese word for Cheddar. But the words separately are 车 (car) and 打 (hit). They got cheese, bacon and mushroom right though. é¢ (mian) means "noodles," and it often gets mistranslated because é¢å¯¹ (mian-dui) means "face," and is often (in context) just shortened down to é¢.
