Mormon Logic: What`s So Bad About Satan? [Pic]. The kid has a point--why is everyone so down on Satan? If you believe in the whole thing, Lucifer is doing a good job.

"Is god willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able, and willing? Then from whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him god?"

Wow, there's something that a religion teaches that`s self-contradictory and/or makes no sense? I`m so very shocked. Really though, I`m pretty sure that most of us here could write god damn essays filled with questions like the above.
Speaking of satan, if god`s all powerful, why does satan even exist? God should be able to blink him from existence, especially since allegedly god should have seen satan coming for, you know, all of eternity. For a perfect, omnipresent, omnipotent entity that transcends time and space, god certainly seems to get blindsided by a lot of things and have some very arbitrary constraints. I mean, it took the guy(the thing?) 6 whole days to make the earth and he even had to `rest` on the 7th day! What a pansy!

I went to the site and asked them the same question. They said they have been asked a lot lately and wondered what site it came from. Plus they said that the devil doesn't punish, just tempts people away from God`s plan.
