he was an ALLEGED criminal, of course thats no way to treat him. Not saying it would be acceptable if he was proven guilty for anything. but the guy hadn't even been convicted of anything.

Birdawg68 I am a second year Criminology student undergraduate. I could not disagree with you more. Due process (innocent until proven guilty) is the foundation of much of the western world's criminal justice system. This guy hadn`t been proven guilty and lost his life as a result of the infringements on his civil liberties and human rights. I put it to you in a hypothetical sense, if YOU were accused of tresspass charges like this man, do you think you`d deserve to die?
