Our next problem will be what to do when the algae production spins out of control and too much CO2 is absorbed from the atmosphere. Reverse Global Warming! Dun Dun Dun

I am pretty sure that all the algae in the world converts more CO2 into Oxygen than all the trees in the world.. The planet became oxygenate by algae before the first tree even appeared..

Wow... this creates great discussion on both sides.

Nature can be adapted through genetic engineering to compensate for Man?

Hmmm.... Unless you are against genetic engineering. Or, unless you like environmental controls for a reason other than to improve our environment?

Also, arent alge plants? If they are....I don't think plants go poo.

@turdburglar: Kinda, but they live and die and the dead algae is essentially poo. Everyone who`se made beer or wine at home knows this well!
I thought the "light" was powered BY the algea somehow... if not then it is an ABSOLUTE WASTE of time and money. Probably stinks too...

vv When "AGWers" calculate how much carbon is `saved` they don`t actually use that thing called `math` eh? lolz!
