If the caption said "What`s for dinner tonight? Japanese!" It would be closer to correct. As it is here it seems to be asking "Japan" What`s for dinner. Which makes no sense at all in this situation.

Also it`s worth noting that "Miso Honi" is a somewhat clever name but I have no idea what "Honi" is. There is however another restaurant named "Miso Honey" that I have heard of and I think that is a superior name because it makes something clever out of real words.
