RevWubby: You're confusing `slavery` with `servitude`. Servants are not Slaves, Servants were treated like family, they learned a trade, they were not permanently servants, unless they wished to remain so. Slaves in the pre-civil war US south, were treated as property, beasts of burden and had no chance for freedom unless they escaped north.
The pharaohs of Egypt enslaved the Jews much the same way, God sent Moses to free them, God hated that slavery so much he beset the Egyptians with plagues until pharaoh relented and freed them.
I believe it`s rather clear that God and the Bible do NOT support slavery.

and after the 60 days period the US were just providing refueling assistance and surveillance. HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA! You SO funny @Tekinette! All those bombs they dropped were... training accidents!@
a genocide is a good one if you ask me
@Tekinette: There was a THREAT of genocide in Libya. Loyalist forces did indeed capture Reble towns and NO genocides occured. Meanwhile in Syria: ACTUAL GENOCIDE is still going on. Why isn't Obama helping? Oh right: NO OIL! It`s fine to initiate the actions, if justified, BUT you gotta put in before Congress, even if it`s over before 60 days, and it was NOT.
Kofi Annan =/= The UN. Annan and his son were getting paid millions by Saddam, it`s a fact. The UN passed a resolution allowing member nations to enforce the cease-fire agreement, and they did!

Let's stop comparing an actual war and a military intervention that cost the US the equivalent of one day of the Iraq war. The president is allowed to send troops without congressional approval if there is an emergency (a genocide is a good one if you ask me) and after the 60 days period the US were just providing refueling assistance and surveillance.
P.S : The UN didn`t approve the Iraq war, Kofi Annan himself called it illegal.
