Actually, The Bible says Satan is thrown into the bottomless pit and that those not found in the book of life are put into the lake of burning fire. No one will rule in hell, all sent there will be eternally punished. Satan doesn`t serve God, Satan didn`t create hell. Satan will not end up ruling in Hell. Satan, the Beast, the False Prophet and the demons will `Be As Ashes`, utterly destroyed. Now of course there is some conjecture among Christians about all this, some say the unforgiven will not remain in Hell forever, others call it the `second death` meaning an eternity in darkness. Importantly though, there is nothing in the Bible saying that Satan `rules` in Hell and ample prophecy that Satan will be destroyed.
