Is it just me, or are the vast majority of facts against 5Cats, CrakrJak, McGovern1981, and eddy666 dismissed for purely ad hominem-type reasons?
eddy666: "The title of that article is just as propaganda".
Care to comment on the CONTENT of that article? Of course not.
CrakrJak: "'Media Matters` is another George Soros front group, not unlike `Moveon.org`. It has ZERO credibility.".
That doesn`t mean that it`s wrong. Free Market America has less than zero credibility, but others have explained errors in this video anyways. So what errors are there on the site I linked to?
Anyone can simply dismiss something, that doesn`t explain/prove it`s wrong.

Sorry @patchy, from 0:55 on he's clearly saying how the `fail folks` talk. Well if he`s saying this is how proponents of climate change put forth their argument then they`re doing it wrong.
Current `alge tech` uses SO MUCH water it`s unimaginable! And I don`t think they can use seawater either.
And WHO do you think is researching all these new technologies? Yes, it`s the oil companies.[/quote] The water usage of algae tech depends on the type of growth system you use. Raceway ponds don`t use a whole lot, and rain helps replenish it. I`ve worked with 1000L photobioreactors as well, and I can tell you that the water is recycled. There are many different methods of extracting algal oil, right now one of the most interesting is using electromagnetic waves to flocculate and lyse the cells, and some companies even claim the cells are still viable after this. You are correct that oil companies do lots of the research though, but that`s for tax breaks a
