Any adult who can't control a 6 year old should not be working in a school. The problem is that LEGALLY there is almost nothing they CAN do anymore. If the kid is going completely bat$#!+ crazy and throwing furniture they don`t dare lay a hand on her for fear of being sued into poverty. Between the liberal Democrat educators, the liberal Democrat administrators, and the liberal Democrat trial lawyers, there`s no profit in stepping into the fray. Just call the cops and let them fade the heat.

Paddy, parents in the US are afraid to discipline their children. They're afraid other adults (or the child himself)will call Social Services and report a case of abuse. No more swift swat on the bottom to correct unwanted behavior, we now have to call the police to tame our children.

A brat whose problems probably stem form her half assed parents who would rather put the behavious down to her having a "bad day" rather than actually admit a problem exists so it can be fixed. Anyway, WTF is up with calling the police? Any adult who can't control a 6 year old should not be working in a school.

I have a 5 year old. If she hits you, it hurts (depending on the location)
Arrested might just teach her a lesson.
I stole something once. I was probably 7.
I slipped it in my pocket in the grocery, and made it all the way home. My mom found out, and unluckily for me, she knew a cop.
After she wore me out, she called him, and he came, cuffed me, and put me in his squad car.
He drove me back to the grocery, and made me return the item.
Once we got out of the grocery store, he shook my hand, and patted me on the head. I got home and gave my mom a huge hug, told her I was sorry, and never stole from a store again.
TOUGH LOVE WORKS PEOPLE! Arresting this girl, might just do the trick.
