@blackcatseye I'd never heard the term tetraplegia before. Over here it is commonly termed quadriplegia. Thanks for improving my vocabulary. Also I agree, paraplegia is "paralysis of both lower limbs due to spinal disease or injury" whereas tetraplegia or quadriplegia is "paralysis of all four limbs or of the entire body below the neck".

I know his secret. Go to 0:44 and it's obvious that he can do all those things because his head is actually a thumb. Without a thumb you can`t do anything.

What a coincidence you should post this today as it is Frank Williams 70th birthday, he is the boss of Williams F1, and is also tetraplegic having broken his neck in a car crash. The correct term is tetraplegia, affecting all four limbs.
