Irresponsible rubbish. Losing weight is simple. Eat less, exercise more. Anyone who says this doesn't work is ignoring the simple truth. By the way, I lost 2.5 stone (35lb) this way. Yes it`s hard, and it takes longer than you expect, but it works.

He is totally right about lack of sleep makes you eat more. And right on the gut bacteria but eww with the fecal matter ewww. Just eat more yoghurt. & he missed the dehydration we all need to drink more water. DFTBA
