I have now decided on a career-change. I shall come back from retirement and become a lawyer. There is so much money to be made arguing the toss over unknown liabilities and truths; I will be able to work one day a week. The rest of my time will be spent in vacuous discussions concerning the legal minutiae of prosecuting drivers in dispute. KingdomCome: I was going to say English, but I did not wish to spark a fatuous argument re. EWS laws, merely to make the point that our collective national laws (as I understand them) are quite similar in that a person is innocent until proven guilty. Judgement without trial went out of fashion in the UK quite a few years ago. We do not know that the biker is an assh*le as stated by Student Law. We could speculate that the man is a national hero for stopping a known terrorist, but that would be as foolish as condemning the rider before the facts are known. If I do not succeed as a lawyer, I shall get a job as an estate agent, or politician
