mcboozerilla, first of all its not "stealing"... stealing is taking something from someone and now they dont have that something anymore. If i come and take a picture of a picture on your coffee table, did i just steal your coffee-table-picture?

If I stole 5 cd's in real life from a store. I would get charged with theft under 500 and for first time offense get probation. The punishment should fit the crime. Those same cd`s online would land you in jail for life or possibly just bankrupt for life.
