Adding my 2 cents.
The fight has been done before in a collaboration, but no winner was decided. I see this fight going one of two ways based on two very important facts. First, Superman always holds back at the beginning of a fight, ALWAYS. His intent is always to disable, never to kill. This is explained in his fight with Doomsday (the only thing to ever kill Superman). Second, The Hulk's strength is determined by his level of anger. The more angry he gets, the stronger he gets. Another point brought up in several comics. So if Superman starts the fight all out, no holding back, I believe he would win, but he won`t do that and the more he hits The Hulk, the angrier The Hulk gets, the stronger he gets. So in the end, Superman would have to fly very very very far away to escape The Hulk or die.
It pains me to admit this as I am a diehard DC fan (Batman FTW!).
