because the US is supporting the Ugandan army and the Ugandan army cannot act outside of Ugandan. Just like the US army cannot simply invade Canada or Mexico. So, if Kony is not in Uganda and the Ugandan army cannot act outside of Uganda, wtf are they doing then?

The video clearly states Kony is not in Uganda and hasnt been for a while, why do people keep bringing up the fact hes no longer there as a reason to dismiss the video..? (as for the dead part that would be kinda funny)
