You can only religiously discriminate (or any other type) if you have a specific purpose, and are a non-profit organization. Yep, you are legally allowed to discriminate, but this company can't because they are not non-profit.

wouldn't get away with that across here, It`s religious discrimination not to hire someone because there are a different faith. Also sexual preference discrimination. I`m not a religious man but if they said they won`t hire me because of that I would kick up a legal storm they wouldn`t win.
