The 5 Inventions That Make Life Easier
Hmmm, these are good--a couple are great, but there are at least 5 others missing that should be on this lost. Plumbing?

You seem very knowledgeable about this type of ve-Hicle.
Not really. I saw a video of one a couple of years ago, driving out of a river, up the bank and then up a ridiculously steep hill. I was impressed enough to look into some details, expecting to see F1 levels of horsepower and lorryloads of torque. The relatively low numbers surpised me enough for it to stick in my mind. I had a look at the unimog site to check it was still the case - the numbers I gave are for the most powerful model.

as impressive as that was, that was not a wall. if there had been a drop on the other side of that "wall" i doubt it would have made it over.

If you look at the power specs, they seem very underpowered. ~200bhp, ~350lb-ft...but they have nearly all of it at very low revs and really extreme gearing. Put it in low gear and it may only do 10mph, but it'll pull like a train while doing it. You seem very knowledgeable about this type of ve-Hicle.
