Whole buncha things, but not doctored.

1: It's a dirtbike, not a motorcycle. There`s a whole different set of handling characteristics that go with that, not the least of which is better traction on loose/slippery terrain.

2: Like Kain1 said, wide-angle, almost fisheye lens makes the dropoffs look a lot more impressive than they actually are. Very few ridges maintain much more than a 90° peak.
