i'm not getting all the story here. first he assumes it`s because he`s black so he already has the attitude. he`s dressed like a thug - that doesn`t help him. since when do the police share information with anyone? the officers responded properly, has he strutted around with a shot gun shell. doesn`t matter where he got it, he`s a potential threat. what he says is irrelevant, the fact that he`s in the car to start with shows he doesn`t have anxiety issues.

Maybe the cop was scared because he jumped out of his car all agitated and had his hands in his pockets. You just don't do that.
Sounds lame, but when I`m pulled over, I turn on my interior light and keep my hands on the steering wheel. I then ask the cop if I can reach for my wallet etc.

When he said, "I have anxiety issues," she should have changed tactics. But I'm sure she doesn`t have training to deal with these sorts of sensitive issues. At least she didn`t pull a gun. Clearly showing the video to his boss was inappropriate.
