@Eddo_H You notice that dinky weather ballon but not the huge flash of light from 0:28-0:31? Since it is so dim in the second sighting, it must have been originally much closer to the Legos' guy.

This was just on our local news. They said it was a weather balloon. It burst, but a parachute saved it. It came down about 75 miles from where they launched it. But it had a GPS on it, so they could find it. They said it cost about $400.

The two kids that did this are from a burb not far from me.
