Police Shoot Chained Dog For No Reason . DeKalb County confirmed the officer responded to a 911 call at the wrong address & shot the dog secured on a chain
The cop was standing outside the window on the lawn, there could have been landmines, somebody could have aimed a bow behin dthe window, or a bazooka. hell, they could eveb have flame throwers installed in the window sill. no threat is no threat. Cop should be trailed tresspassing, and murder.

If she didn't want her dog shot by a cop she shouldn`t have ... been sitting peacefully at home in her own property with the dog chained up.
That kind of provocation deserves everything it gets.

It WAS a long chain; the dog could have charged the cop for some distance and not appeared to be on a tether. On the other hand, Quick-Draw McGraw didn't waste any time plugging the poor animal when he could backed off first to see if it was was chained.
