I-IS-BORED Male, 18-29, Canada 2432 Posts	Wednesday, January 11, 2012 4:13:36 PM @theshgn2 uh I'm gonna go with all the ones not willing to pay $1000-$5000 per classroom just so teachers can write on web pages with their smart board... and then there`s all the classes the require multiple boards of information to be up at a time... Replacing this with a multi tracking, sliding smart board system would be a retarded expense so you can write math on it.

Steelgrid Male, 30-39, Midwest US 2685 Posts	Tuesday, January 10, 2012 11:45:19 PM "I must be getting old - what's a Smart board?" Imagine a white board, colored markers, eraser and all. Now imagine its on your computer, hooked up to a projector, with electronic color changing pen and even a eraser. The "WHITE" of the board is projected, the projector itself reads where the pens and eraser are, and creates a digital image on the wall leaving no mess, cleanup, chalk or marker powder. Its also funny when the renovate the ITT you are attending, put in smart boards but leave the original dry erase markers, and then forget to tell the instructors how to use the boards. Hilarity is awesome.
