If you do that, the caption will basically say that straight people are happy, and ... ops, it says that happy people are straight. If you then take the next last use of the word "gay" and interpret that as if it means homosexual, the rhetorical question will simply imply that gays (homosexuals) aren't happy. So, it`s all anti- gay, u see? Now hard was that? So we`re all squared away over here
