Prosthetic eyes are getting good, bionic arms are getting wonderful. Legs are on par with arms. We have prosthetic hearts (not good ones, but still.). We also have dialysis, which function without kidneys at all. bladders are effectively sacks, so catheter. Brains, you can just sub that with a weak AI like Cleverbot for the time being. Skin, prrrrf, easy. Lungs are an issue, but not impossible, just an air purifyer. Blood, we have loads of that lying around. We can pump nutrient in with the blood or leave a sack of acid and a length of viscous tubing followed by a filter sheet for the digestive track. Liver is an issue, but if it can be grown, why not inside a robot? anyway, conclusion: Build ourselves a functioning human out of prosthetic parts instead of entirely roboty stuff.
