This is almost as good when someone on here argued with me that "Terroristic Threats" were the equivalent of INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM.

Most Police departments use a risk assessment form for serving warrants and all those that do have a certain "Level of Threat" protocol that is to be followed.

Some threats are served by a single officer, some are served by multiple officers and some are served by a CERT/ SWAT TEAM depending on the circumstances.

It's for the protection of the officers and the communities.
