Yeah, it's draconian and everything but what the bank is trying to to is prevent an orchestrated run on itself. To any astute
I-A-B reader, it should be obvious that this is a problem with fractional reserve banking as a whole and not necessarily Chase or Citibank themselves. As for the gist of this transfer of wealth, the intentions are obviously noble but may lead to unintended economic consequences.
