Here`s That Pepper-Spraying UC Davis Cop [Pic]. This is a follow-up post from this morning`s OWS UC Davis post. Just a clear close-up look at the pepper-spraying cop.
9 Deadly Words Used By Women [Pic]
#10. Do these pants make my butt look big? Except that`s technically a sentence and not a word, but you get my drift.

...it's not mace, it`s pepper spray. mace is a chemical. pepper spray is concentrated cayenne peppers and vegetable oil. The effects last 30 minutes.
And it`s not that the protesters expect nothing to happen, it`s that they HOPE this exact thing will happen. They are purposefully putting themselves in conflict with police in order to further this idea that the police are being heavy handed. I say drat it, let these hipster d-bags destroy their cities, schools, etc. Let`s see them rebuild the world with their expert knowledge of hackey sack and mid-20th century poetry.

@jtrebowski - Police mace might be stronger but it behavior is the same, my other post still stands. As for her, no, she was arrested though which people with OWS are still crying about, the problem with OWS portesters is that they think NOTHING will happen to them so the slightest little thing becomes a big deal.
Portesters in other countries are dieing and are being beaten in the streets to the point of blood gushing from their heads, yet americans are crying over pepper pray, tear gas and being arrested.
Which would you rather deal with? Pepper spray? or getting the crap kicked out of you or worse?

@illlios: What you also forgot is that the mace average citizens are allowed to carry is not nearly as strong as the mace cops carry. That being said, the students are simply engaging in civil disobedience, which is often an effective and necessary tactic. Would you have supported pepper spraying Rosa Parks?
