Is some places the cops will tell you that the first thing to do is leave the scene to find a public place, then call the cops. (especially if you just got re-ended) There are many areas where the `accident` you were just envolved in is the prelude to a carjacking, robbery or murder.

In this case, the guy has obviously been harrassing the individuals. For all the driver knew it could be a set-up to get him outside his vehicle.

The guy with the camera was harrassing people. The people have the right to harrass back. (It`s not smart to annoying some folks.)

The videographer was being treated in just the way he was treating others. Annoy someone, and you`re likely to get annoyed back.
