I-A-B Reader Email of the Day, #8: Politics, Schmolitics Dear Scott, This is the I-A-B question that's as old as PrimetimeKin's mom's vagina. Since the begining of time, man has tried to answer it (much the same way man has tried to mount PrimetimeKin's mom). The short answer is, one can only watch so many videos of dumb teens eating shit when they fall off their bikes. I-A-B tries to mix it up with humor, politics, science, news, games (sometimes, but most suck so we stay away from those) and so on and so forth. Yeah, I-A-B has run more than a few Occupy Wall Steet posts, but that's because it's a pretty big fucking deal--you can't turn on a TV or click on a website without some mention of it. I-A-B could bury its head in the sand and post more "Baby Laughing Like An Idiot At Something Stupid," but I think we'd all go apeshit after a few days of that. The I-A-B Mods and I try for a healthy mix of everything, like trail mix. You're not going to like everything in trail mix, right, Scott? Sometimes you get cashews and chocolate chips, sometimes you get fucking carob. Politics are your carob--some I-A-B readers like the bits of carob. As for I-A-B readers such as 5Cats, Megrendel, and those five others that you mentioned--we can't control what they write in the forums (aside from content such as porn or direct attacks), but I'd be interested in what they have to say in this post's forum. So to 5Cats, Megrendel and any others, the floor is yours... That all said, I'm pretty sure all of the I-A-B Mods (myself included) are either lefties, liberals, democrates, or just apathetic--I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a hardcore conservative.
