Doesnt matter if the cow was on was one idea, then what, get a $1000hr animal control vehicle to come over and gently pickup the animal, restrain him, deliver him back to the farm, then chop off his head and make lunch, or just kill him, chop him up and stick him in the back of the pickup.

If your gonna eat meat, realize that that burger didnt just come from the magic burger place. It`s cow. 2nd point, have you ever seen what a mother deer will do to someone or thing when they are threatened. They STOMP it into dust, till it moves no more. Now, add about 1 ton behind that with an angry, confused hoofed beast roaming. That was no pet ladies and gentlemen. That was lunch. Also if you look close, the first shot was right behind the front leg at the knee, this is the correct shot, in the heart, but it`s a big animal with lots of blood. He was dead after the first shot, but still dangerous till he went down.

I don`t really think that "sadistic pleasure" is the reason for criticism. More like incompetence. If this is the kind of reasoning skills our law enforcement uses, then I, for one, don`t think that says to much for our "protectors." Additionally, that was a cow. Not a bull. Cows, unlike bulls, are not aggressive. They do a lot of running, not so much attacking. Anyone with half a brain and a few hours on their hands can corral a fucking cow with little to no collateral damage. Like I said, these cops are fucking dumb.
