Kayaking With Redondo Beach Blue Whales

I think I can safely say, if this happened to be while I was out kayaking, minding my own business, I`d shart my pants.

mise: "...I was freaked out when a friend told me a seal came up beside her dad while he was swimming in the ocean. "

When my dad was training for a "big swim" he was often in the waters around here, ocean waters. We've quite a few snaps of him being "stalked" by seals. They`re fed all through the year, and anything and anyone in the water is automatically a source of food. Not that they would, or have, harmed swimmers, just they expect to be thrown food.
They often come into the harbour for fish offcuts from the fishing boats upon landing. If you swim around the harbours here, you`re also likely to get stalked by Swans too.

But with a whale, that would be terrifying, but incredibly humbling to have happen.
