Then Pantheon's roof is made of concrete, not stone. They basically built a wooden dome form, filled it with concrete, then removed the form.

Considering what this took to make this with modern materials and tools, it makes things like the Pantheon in Rome (built over 2000 years ago with a stone domed roof) even more impressive.
I made this video, and am glad to see it made it on IAB. Just to clear the air, I didn't write anything about math when I submitted it, so your beef is with the IAB editors.
@apttodo: the guy needed to climb onto the dome to fix some stuff, and the only thing we had around with a good enough grip for climbing on it were those gloves.
