@furryblob i do know because i owned 2 of the latest players on the market back then. The iphone was exactly the same but looked better. And for that privilege they charged you almost $100 extra.

lets not mention it comes with some of the most invasive software known to man. Looks like for all their "effort" they forgot to include simple drag and drop. Instead, they made/make you use their program to sync it, so they can keep an eye on what youre listening to.

Really? Did you see the mp3 market before the iPod? It was a mess, I owned a mp3 player back then the iPod was a total revolution compared to what was on offer. Same for the rest.
