It's true that everything points to Casey Anthony, it`s true that she is the only logical murderer at this point, but it hasn`t been PROVED. That`s the biggest thing about the whole case. Yes, the common man knows she is guilty, anyone can see that and I`m sure the jurors see that, but the problem is it only points to her, it does not pinpoint her "beyond a shadow of a doubt." Casey Anthony did it, but the jurors made the right legal choice in acquitting her because by our legal standards the evidence was not enough.

@OutWest your comment is part of the whole problem with America. It's people labeling themselves or others as liberals/conservatives, democrats/republicans. As soon as you do that, you then feel like an a hole if you vote against the side you have aligned with, even if the other side has an idea that will work far better then the side you root for. Case in point, Sarah Palin. The only reason someone should vote for her is if they also invest in pistols for when people commit suicide rather than be run by chinese. However, people will still vote for her because she`s Republican. (lack of space to provide Democratic example)Fact is, most people are to lazy to do research to understand what a candidate is all about so they check off when they see a D or an R. Until that changes, and people stop going all for one party because it is "their" party, we`re only going to go into a deeper and deeper hole.
