"It's called Freedom of Press here in the USA, and it doesn`t only apply to people who work for media companies. So your right to freedom of press is null and void on gov property? YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY WITH A COP IF YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO DO WHAT YOU ARE DOING. It is illegal for them to arrest you. I`m sure she sued.... which I don`t condone really but hey, what else can u do?"

Freedom of the press DOES only apply to the media. Freedom of speach does not.
Also, you ALWAYS have to comply with a cop unless his request is to commit a crime.
What are you people stupid? Know your sh*t before you go spout off nonsence that may get other people like her arrested. If she did sue, I guarantee that she lost. She was arrested for not complying, not for filming a cop.

Wow he EVERYONE has the right to personall space and she apparentl said somthing antagonizing before the video. Many cops take things too far but he was being polite, gave several warnings and she "did not comply to the police officer." I am usually horrifyed at the police for doing such unjustifyed things but this was reasonable.
