The guy drank and drove, and -obviously- sped, and because of it, he is responsible for not just his own death, but the death of a fellow man. This shows a gross misjudgment in common sense; and I have to say its lucky that only two people died. Have you seen pictures of the wreck? Can you imagine what would have happened if they hit someone else at those speeds? The Porsche was vaporized. I`m not saying he wasn`t a great guy, I`m not saying he won`t be missed, I`m not saying his friends don`t have a reason to be inconsolable. I am saying that he made a very stupid series of choices that led to the death of two people, one being himself.

Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was not the only person to die in the tragic car crash in West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania early Monday. He had a passenger, whose identity has now been revealed. The passenger was Zachary Hartwell, one of the men posing in the photos Dunn posted to Twitter of himself drinking with friends just hours before the crash. A 30-year old from West Chester, PA, he was a stunt car driver in Bam Margera's 2009 film, "Minghags." I am not sure where I read it was his wife earlier (especially since he was notmarried) but now I bring you the truth. It still makes him a Jack Ass in death as well as in life.
