I think someone needs to put a spin on this phrase so it makes them look even worse when videos are posted of them shouting it 9 times in 4 seconds. I recommend a video of rape being depicted in the form of a PSA announcement. Oh and the kids deserved to have it shut down. Seriously it stops becoming a harmless childhood thing and starts being annoying when it turns out like a fairground and packed to the brim with stupid vendors when they realize how much money they`re making. It`s a quality of life issue for the rest of the community. The car parking has no comparison what-so-ever here this reporter needs to be removed from their position.

I only care if they need a permit to cook "Raw" or food that can carry certain bacteria if not stored at correct temperatures. Usually the city will shut them down, but who exactly do they fine?
