I have to say this. I am aware that English is the hardest language in the world to learn because of the slang and various accents. I am aware that most people these days don't want to learn it for that particular reason.

With that in mind, just keep in mind that I don`t care what you speak at home or amongst yourselves. When you deal with Americans it does help to have at least a basic working knowledge of the language.

I`ve run into this problem time and time again. If I have to explain to someone older than me that their transaction won`t work because they can`t understand what I`m saying, then I can understand their frustration but it`s not their country, it`s not their culture. Sorry.

I don`t go to China expecting to own a gun. I don`t go to a foreign country expecting it to be America 2.0 and I`m not going to ask for it. When in Rome, you do as the Romans. Simple.

I support English as the official language.

im so glad other countries dont do this to us, i cant speak any other language but love going abroad aha, yey for the rest of the world speaking English!

not saying this is wrong though just glad other countries dont do this...
