The security team is all black for affirmitive action purposes. They hired (probably, from my own speculation) an almost all white team of white men and (occasionally) women to do all of the actual skill required jobs in the building. Then, to appease the eeoc and affirmitive action boards, they hired black people to do all of the unskilled menial labor. Its common, and why white people cant get a job without a college degree or some form of skilled trade certification like HVAC. See, companies are subject to tax penalties if they do not have a ratio of blacks(or other largely unrespected minority, eastern asians[chinese, japanese, and koreans] do not count as minorities in these polls) to whites equal to or greater than the ratio of blacks to whites in the city of the company's headquarters. This may be (once again my specualation) why so many companies have their headquarters in largely white, rural communities. Ie... The midwest.

In the event of a fire or any other disruption, any remaining datacenter operatives are sealed behind fireproof barricades and left to fend for themselves.
