Klivel: I'm not sure exactly what you`re getting at. If you`re implying I insulted you, I did not. Nor did I see a `handful of insults directed at you` from Jonix. At best, she called you a `Troll,` which, having your non-argument deflected toward me doesn`t seem too far from the truth. I will not feed you. Peace.

Ahyemi: saying on the one hand that we aren't arguing, then using the other hand to type out a handful of insults directed at me is, at best, a mixed message.
Based on wiki's definition and modern examples, I still don`t see how the Grandfather Clause could NEVER have worked, especially when the law they`re acting on was was approved in 1998, and the pole has been there since the 1950s, and I don`t see anything in this bill that states specifically that it applies to violations that WEREN`T violations decades before the making of the new law. http://delcode.delaware.gov/sessionlaws/ga139/chp318.shtml
But despite ALL of that, I will say again that my ONLY point was: McCafferty violated the law and dealt with the consequences; those DelDOT workers acted without human decency and should ALSO be punished. The end.
